Barbara is hands down the BEST realtor I have ever worked with (I have worked with a few as I have moved A LOT in the last 10 years). We had the pleasure of working with Barbara Alvarado in finding the land that we could later build our dream house on. Shes awesome, very caring, and knowledgeable in her craft! Barbara worked tirelessly to get us into a home we love! We were very picky, and moving from out of state made the process even harder on Barbara, but we were so happy with and grateful for the help and time she provided. She was so willing to run over to a property at the drop of a hat, do virtual showings and videos for our benefit, and scout out various areas on our behalf. Barbara was amazing to work with. My family and I moved from San Antonio to the Fort Worth area. When we started our journey we knew we wanted to be in the DFW area but we weren't exactly sure where, Barbara drove all over the world for us and also did virtual tours to allow us to see the homes we were interested in from San Antonio so that we could be competitive in this sellers market. She answered all of our questions and was especially helpful around how the utilities worked, as it was very different from San Antonio to Burleson. She made the home buying process seamless and stayed in constant contact with us as we got ready to close on our new home. She was also available to go with us to our closing. just to put the cherry on top. She is knowledgeable, hard-working, thoughtful and just a great person to work with. If we ever buy another home in this area we will definitely use her again.
Barbara was a very thorough, detail-oriented, and personable agent. I appreciate her ability to think like me/us when we had to do virtual showings and be honest about the property. You can tell she cares more about the client versus making the sale. And with all that we ended up with a beautiful home and an agent we would 100 percent recommend to anyone looking for a new property.
